Balance Your Hormones, Naturally with Dr. Erin

So many women have hormonal horror stories. Todays guest, Dr. Erin, took her health into her own hands. She started her career as a chiropractor and shifted over to women’s health after experiencing a lack of comprehensive care in her own health journey. She underwent a long and painful journey to be diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition called autoimmune progesterone dermatitis, which was triggered by the birth control pill. I know this episode is going to be extremely beneficial for so many women struggling with their hormones.

Dr. Erin grew up in Northern Virginia. She attended Shenandoah University, where she played women’s lacrosse, and earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. She then went on to graduate from Life University in Marietta, Georgia with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

During that time she was struggling with the repercussions of endometriosis and long-term management with birth control. She tried everything to heal herself but when she came up empty handed every time, she decided to take matters into her own hands. She dove into massive amounts of research, worked side by side with some of the best holistic doctors, and eventually healed her body! She uses that information to serve women and help them regain their fertility, vitality, and health.

She is the owner and founder of Willow and Sage Wellness Co. and is leading the narrative on changing women’s hormonal health care. She is committed to providing root cause healing to truly help women heal and thrive through any stage of life! Through online courses, one to one coaching, and neurologically focused chiropractic care, her mission is to infuse confidence and empower women to take charge of their health.
