A NOTE ON NON-STICK OPTIONS
When it comes to toxin free ceramic non-stick, there are a couple brands out there making actual, toxin free options.. but they are not durable and the non-stick surface will only last 2-3 years, at best when used on your stovetop. In my opinion, your cookware should last decades. If you really want a non-stick option, then Caraway is your best option and you can save $150 with this link.
